Terms of Use

International Drug Policy is referred to as “Us”, “Our”, and “We”. In all references, “you” and “your” refer to you, a user of our Services.

These terms of use (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) contain legally binding terms for your use of the services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by this agreement, represent and warrant that you have the capacity and the right to do so. You are not allowed to access, use, or accept this agreement or the site’s services if you lack the legal capacity to do so. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, do not access or use the site or services.

Please read these conditions carefully as they contain information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations as well as a commitment to mediate conflicts. You must (with a few exceptions) submit any claims you may have against us to binding and final arbitration under the terms of the arbitration agreement. In addition, you are only allowed to bring claims against us on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding.
